1. Services
I provide web design, branding, and related digital services. All services are defined and agreed upon before the start of each project.
2. Project Scope
Each project includes a clearly defined scope.
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Payments
A deposit is required before starting any project.
Remaining balance is due upon completion, unless agreed otherwise.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Revisions
Projects include a limited number of revision rounds (typically 2).
Additional revisions may be billed separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback on time
Review work and provide clear feedback
Ensure they have rights to all provided materials
Delays in communication may impact timelines.
6. Ownership
Upon full payment:
The client receives ownership of the final website/design
I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio
7. Third-Party Tools
Projects may include third-party services (e.g. Webflow, Shopify, plugins).
I am not responsible for issues, pricing changes, or downtime related to these services.
8. Liability
I am not liable for:
Business losses or missed opportunities
Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
Improper use of the final product
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project.
Work completed up to that point must be paid.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance.
